Pranati Bajaj is a Director at P3S Ventures and Chief Operating Officer at Utopifi, focused on shaping operational strategy and supporting innovation as the company evolves. With nearly twenty years of hands-on experience overseeing operations in manufacturing, she has built a diverse career that includes aviation, brand management, and technology, giving her a practical and well-rounded approach to problem-solving.

Over the past twelve years as Director at P3S Ventures, Pranati has been instrumental in guiding the company’s growth as an Apple-authorised partner, expanding iNvent’s retail presence across India. Now, as Utopifi launches into the smart space automation sector, she leverages her experience from different industries to drive thoughtful execution and support the future of connected living and working.

Rajiv Bhatt
Chief Operating Officer

Rajiv Bhatt is a seasoned retail leader with over 17 years of experience in driving operational excellence, financial performance and business growth. As COO, he brings a future-focused approach to retail, blending strong financial acumen with a sharp customer-centric mindset.

His leadership has been instrumental in scaling operations across India, elevating customer experience and strengthening organizational capabilities. Rajiv continues to play a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory and long-term success.

Pankaj Kharakwal
Head of Finance

As Head of Finance, Pankaj Kharakwal brings over 12 years of experience across finance, compliance and operational leadership. A qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) and Chartered Accountant, he leads the company’s finance and accounts functions, ensuring strong governance across a growing retail network.

Beyond core finance, he plays a strategic role in managing legal and commercial frameworks, regulatory compliance, and key stakeholder relationships. With a business-oriented mindset, Pankaj ensures financial strategy aligns with broader organizational goals, integrating seamlessly with legal, operational and partnership functions.

A management graduate with over 13 years of experience, Vikas Nain excels in driving brand growth through high-impact campaigns and performance-led strategies across digital, offline, and experiential marketing. His career spans premium retail and consumer technology, with expertise in performance marketing, CRM & lifecycle management, brand strategy, retail marketing, PR & media relations, and omnichannel campaigns.
