• 4–10 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably with Apple or premium consumer electronics.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Tech-savvy and passionate about Apple products.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Graduate degree preferred; diploma or certification in Retail Management is a plus.
